FAQs

What is organic material?

1

Organic material refers to natural fibers—such as cotton, burlap, linen, or hemp—that are grown without the use of synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs). Organic materials exclude common non-natural substances such as plastics, metals, rubbers, and leather, which are typically derived from synthetic or non-renewable sources.

Why is organic material important?

2

By choosing organic materials, consumers support sustainable farming practices that promote biodiversity, soil health, and reduced chemical exposure. These materials are inherently biodegradable and have a lower environmental impact compared to their synthetic counterparts, making them a more eco-friendly choice for everyday use.

Are these products waterproof?

4

To enhance functionality, each item offers an optional water-repellent treatment. This choice allows you to customize your bag based on your specific needs and intended use.

Please note that treated bags will develop a richer, slightly darker coloring. This natural color variation is a direct result of the plant-based oils and waxes used in our treatment process, which absorb into the material to provide protection while maintaining a fully natural composition.
